"corporate" mixed media painting | 2021

I was commissioned by Praxis Tech to create a series of A1 abstract paintings inspired by their logo and colour palette and the outcome was quite pleasing. In these mixed media paintings I combined the geometrically perfect digital elements with traditional hand-made and therefore imperfect brushstrokes, creating some kinda constructivist-like compositions. 
One could rightfully question whether it's possible to turn a logo into an artwork. Many depends on the nature of given logo, of course. But to my opinion, nothing is impossible, one just needs to bend the rules a bit. And this is where the fine line between art and design completely blurs away... (Strange as it is, I am about to be commissioned to commit this unusual deed again for another company so stay tuned.)
